We only accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent. If you encounter such an issue please get in touch with our customer service team at ninetees.online@gmail.com as soon as possible.
We will organize the collection of the defective or damaged items within 7 days. Once we have received the returned item, we will start the refund process, and you can expect the refunded amount to be credited to your bank account within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
